Dear Sharon~
I stumbled upon your book last week and because money has been heavy
on my mind for too long, I decided to give it a try (a big step for
a woman who has never picked up a book about money or finances). Once
I began reading, I could not put it down. I was high-lighting like
a mad woman--my husband even peered over my shoulder--and by the next
morning, I was calling many of my friends, who also fear money, and
telling them to march right out and pick up a copy.
Thank you for writing a clear, concise book that deals with money
very realistically (without sounding preachy!) What I took away from
it is that no matter where I have been, what I was taught, or where
I am now, I can make a positive change for my future.
I wrote down on an index card, "small decisions equal critical mass."
What a wonderful insight that can be applied to almost anything in
life: money, diet, health, spirituality--you get the picture.
You have shown that I can, indeed, have a great relationship with
money without falling in love--And you have provided practical tools
in order to accomplish just this! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
Fondly,
Kimberley Mapel
